I am teaching Pilates more than 15 years. My first Pilates Mat Certificate I obtained in Minsk (Belarus) in 2007, then in Moscow-2008-2010. Coming to USA in 2011 I started Comprehensive Teacher Training Program BASI (Body Art and Science International) and completed in 2013. After 2015 I started to specialise in Clinical Pilates which is specifically designed to address the individual concerns.
